music appreciation
fri's nodame cantabile and sat's satoshi yagisawa's 'live' in singapore, makes me feel so nostalgic towards past band days.. esp during sec sch times when me n my bestie han will go to music shops looking for band CDs; enjoying band practices, hugging one another when we succeed in SYF etc.. even when in SP, though had alot of downs when facing politics problems, had fun and great experience working under respectable conductor Mr Leonard Tan..
sort of miss such feelings, the joy of making music... the last time having a performance is like 1yr + already.. hopefully have another chance again to make music, and like what satoshi yagisawa said, make music with your heart.. hehe =)
anw back to nodame cantabile, i think it is a great show, at least to me.. since i understand the music lingos and can relate quite well to it.. would recommend all once a band/orchestra ppl to watch and reminisce the past =) n from the movie, i once again enable to re-live my once fav orchestra piece - tchaivosky 1812 overture. hehe
